B. Termination of NASMA Membership either by court order or court mediation shall prevent that member whose membership has been terminated, resigned from or denied due to such legal action from reapplying for NASMA membership. |

Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
| JUSTIFICATION: Recently having had members resign as a result of court action and mediation and because their actions were disruptive and damaging to the Association. It would be short sighted of the Association to allow those individuals to become members again. |
